Pay the full amount into Escrow.com before pre-review. After media pre-review approval, funds are released and publication is arranged.
If pre-review fails and you decline changes, the media cost is fully refunded plus 50%–70% of the service fee. The escrow fee is non-refundable. No refund is available once the publication process starts.
